If you do not want the free upgrade to express post then please change the order to free standard shipping at checkout. Otherwise your order will be sent via express post if you have spent over $80. New Zealand Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $19.95 for New Zealand orders. Free Express post upgrade offer is not available to New Zealand orders. We ship all orders via Australia Post to New Zealand. Please visit Australia Post for time frames for shipping to New Zealand.
Express Shipping is not available to New Zealand. Whilst we will do our best to have same day dispatch to New Zealand , please allow an extra day for us to process your order our end.
Aerosol products can not be shipped into New Zealand. Do not select these. If you order any Aerosol products by mistake then we will issue you with a refund on the products.
Please be aware that each country has its own rules on Duty payable when purchasing goods from overseas. If you purchase our products and the total is over the duty threshold for your country, you may be liable to pay duty. We do not pay international duty on any international orders.
Australian GST on International Orders

Same Day Dispatch*
If you place your order before 12 pm on a weekday then the order is processed and placed in the post on the same day. Weekend orders and orders received after 12 pm Fridays are processed on Mondays and placed in Monday’s post.
When your order is received after 12 pm (e.s.t) it may still make the post that day but most likely it will be processed and placed in the post the next business day. When we are having a sale or special promotion or its been a long weekend please allow more time usually, an extra day.
*If same day dispatch is not available then their woud be a notice on the website telling you when your order will be sent. If there is no notice then it is business as usual. We are very promp with packing and processing our orders. Please refer also to Long weekends and Sales Events.
Express Post Shipping
If you would like to get express shipping for orders under $80 than a $15 fee will apply.
Cut off time for express post orders is 12 pm using Australian Eastern Time for the order to be placed in the postal system on the same day. If the order is received after 12 pm Australian Eastern Time it will be shipped via express post the next postal day. Please check Australia Post for terms and conditions of express post for your postal code.
Store Closure Notification
If express post shipping is not available or there are delays due to store closure then you will see a store notice on the website. Otherwise, it’s business as usual. We are very prompt with shipping and processing orders.
Long Weekends and Sales Events
When we are having a sale or special promotion or its been a long weekend please allow more time usually, an extra day.
How Do I Know My Order Has Been Packed And Is In The Post
If you have entered your email details correctly then you will receive one more final email ( after the initial order email) from Natural Eclipse saying your Natural Eclipse Order is now complete and that we have finished processing your order. This means your order is packed, completed with postage label and has now been taken to the post office.
There is also a postal tracking number for your order on this email plus you should receive postal updates from Australia Post.

If you select minimal packaging then your order is sent with as little packaging as we can to ensure your parcel arrives safely. We leave out as much paper as possible including any product brochures and your invoice. If you would like any product brochures included please mention in the notes section in cart.
Can I Collect My Order In-Store And Do You Offer Postal and In-store Refills?
Yes! We love seeing our customers and we encourage you to use our refill products in-store. We have added a click and collect button to the website. Just select click and collect at cart if you would like to collect in-store. We will send you a text message and completed order email when your order is completed and ready to pick up.

Do I have any qualifications in the hair and beauty industry?
Yes, I am a fully qualified hairdresser, complete with registration papers. I have over 2 & a half decades of experience in both the hair and beauty industry which began when I commenced my 4-year apprenticeship in 1990. I have owned both a hairdressing and beauty salon. Although I am not a qualified beautician, I have a lot of inside knowledge from having owned a beauty salon. I specialise in curly hair plus organic, and natural hair routines with Natural Eclipse providing online support both before and after you buy products if required.
Why don’t you have a loyalty program?
I’ve always been the type of person that likes to lead in industries and do something different. Therefore I wanted to make your online experience fun, so I created a buyer experience aimed to uplift and surprise you. This is reflected right through to the experience you get when you open your box.
I have listened to a lot of peoples stories over the years, in particular women. I understand you are busy these days and a reward system is another thing to keep track of. With this in mind, I put a system in place that you didn’t have to have to think about it, one that is instant, so you don’t have to wait. I get a lot of enjoyment from selecting products in my bonus system for you. I change the bonus system every month.
Samples are posted via normal post in an envelope (not satchels ) and you will not receive postal notifications for sample only orders. Unless you are ordering the pre-packed Clever Curl or EverEscents bundles. These are sent in Australia Post Satchels.
Where do the product samples come from?
Samples are purchased from the product company’s where they are prepackaged first and then distributed to me. (Except for EverEscents – empty sachets are provided from EverEscents). Examples of samples range from eyeshadows, blushes, cleansers, moisturisers, serums, soaps, Argan Oil, Tans, foundation, and many more!
Can I pre-select my free product or samples?
We made some new changes this month!! (02/2020). You can now pre-select up to one free samples.* !! The terms and condition bit – * We will do our best to full fill your request but please understand we don’t always have the requested samples in stock. If we don’t have the requested samples we will notify you. Not all products come in samples. Spend over $100 and you can elect to choose 1 of the FREE samples.
Just write in cart which product you would like a sample of in the notes section at checkout. Or text us on 0438 388 353 with your name and order number.
If you don’t want to preselect any samples and want all surprises just don’t write anything.

Yes. Natural Eclipse buys the products on the website directly from the business. I am an authorised retailer for all the brands I sell and go through an approval process with the product companies first to be able to sell their products. Your product is guaranteed authentic when you buy from Natural Eclipse.
Does Natural Eclipse ship worldwide?
