Do I have any qualifications in the hair and beauty industry?

Yes, I am a fully qualified hairdresser, complete with registration papers. I have over 2 & a half decades of experience in both the hair and beauty industry which began when I commenced my 4-year apprenticeship in 1990. I have owned both a hairdressing and beauty salon. Although I am not a qualified beautician, I have a lot of inside knowledge from owning a beauty salon. I specialise in organic, and natural hair routines with Natural Eclipse providing online support both before and after you buy products if required.

How Much Is Shipping & Do You Have An Express Post Option?

Standard shipping within Australia is free. There is no minimum amount required for you to spend to receive free shipping. If you place your order before 12 pm then usually the order is processed and placed in the post with Australia Post on the same day.

If you would like to have your parcel expressed posted, then please choose the express post option in the checkout. A flat rate of $10 applies to all express posted packages. Cut off time for express post orders is 12 pm to receive express post that day otherwise if the order is received after 12 pm it will be shipped via express post the next postal day.

If express post shipping is not available or there are delays due to store closure then you will see a store notice on the website. Otherwise, it’s business as usual.

Why don’t you have a loyalty program?

I’ve always been the type of person that likes to lead in industries and do something different.  Therefore I wanted to make your online experience fun, so I created a buyer experience aimed to uplift and surprise you. This is reflected right through to the experience you get when you open your box.  I have listened to a lot of peoples stories over the years, in particular women. I understand you are busy these days and a reward system is another thing to keep track of. With this in mind, I put a system in place that you didn’t have to have to think about it, one that is instant, so you don’t have to wait. I get a lot of enjoyment from selecting products in my bonus system for you.

Where do the product samples come from?

Samples are purchased from the product company’s where they are prepackaged first and then distributed to me. (Except for EverEscents – empty sachets are provided from EverEscents). Examples of samples range from eyeshadows, blushes, cleansers, moisturisers, serums, soaps, Argan Oil, foundation, and many more! 

What should I expect from the free products in the bonus system?

When I choose a free product,  I am looking at your history of what you have purchased, and I aim to select an item I think you would like or need to add into your skincare/haircare routine. I also want to choose products to get you trying something different that you may not have thought to buy or use before. I may also select one of my most popular selling products or a new product.

Can I pre-select my free product or samples?

No. The purpose of the bonus system is to provide you with a surprise and add some fun to your purchases. 

Would you like me to write a review?

Yes Please! The one thing I have learned over the years from you all is that different people have different likes with smells and textures. For example, one person may love a strong scent, and others may prefer a softer scent.  I believe reviews are an essential part of the beauty industry to help guide people in purchasing the right product for them. 

Does Natural Eclipse buy the products directly from the product companies?

Yes. Natural Eclipse buys the products on the website directly from the business that makes them. I am an authorised retailer for all the brands I sell and go through an approval process with the product companies first to be able to sell their products. Your product is guaranteed authentic when you buy from Natural Eclipse.

Can I return a product if I select the wrong colour?

NO. Sorry, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for incorrect colour choice. Zuii has the option of purchasing samples in a lot of their products. If you are unsure whether a colour would suit, then I highly recommend buying a sample first.

Do you store products to manufacturers’ directions?

Yes. All products are stored in a purpose-built stock room that is cool, dark and under 30 degrees. 

Does Natural Eclipse ship worldwide?

No. However, I have plans in the future to add this to my site. I look forward to showcasing beautiful Australian products and my site worldwide.
