Delivery of Goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of naturaleclipse.com.au.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
Returns and Refunds
naturaleclipse.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 21 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of naturaleclipse.com.au.

Natural Eclipse Refill Service Terms & Conditions
By placing a refill order through NaturalEclipse.com.au, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Refill Service Terms & Conditions
1. I am responsible for ensuring that all bottles supplied for refill are clean, dry and suitable for reuse. Natural Eclipse does not clean, sanitise or prepare bottles prior to refilling.
2. I understand that Natural Eclipse only refills original Clever Curl and EverEscents bottles of the correct size and product type. Bottles from other brands, incorrect bottle sizes, damaged containers, unlabelled containers or unsuitable packaging will not be accepted for refill.
3. Customers must supply their own original Clever Curl or EverEscents bottle for refilling. Postal refills pouches and are not a pouch exchange service.
4. Bottles should be as empty as reasonably possible before being sent for refill. Refill purchases are charged according to the bottle size selected and are not individually measured or weighed. Any product remaining in a bottle will not be deducted from the refill price.
5. Refills are sold and charged according to bottle size only, not the amount of product required to fill the container.
6. Natural Eclipse reserves the right to refuse any bottle that is not clean, dry, safe to refill, correctly labelled or otherwise unsuitable for reuse.
7. I acknowledge that any postage or freight costs associated with sending incorrect, damaged, contaminated or unsuitable bottles are my responsibility.
8. Customers are responsible for ensuring bottles are packaged securely for transit. Natural Eclipse is not responsible for bottles lost, delayed or damaged during shipping to us.
9. I acknowledge that I am choosing to purchase and use refill products at my own discretion and in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions.
10. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Eclipse Refill Loyalty Rewards Program
1. The Natural Eclipse Loyalty Rewards Program applies to eligible online postal refill orders only and does not apply to Click & Collect, Drop & Collect or in-store refill orders.
2. Customers receive one loyalty card for each eligible refill purchase.
3. After purchasing nine eligible refills, customers will receive a loyalty reward equal to the average value of those refill purchases.
4. Where all nine refills are the same brand, size and price, the reward will generally be equal to the value of that refill. For example, purchase nine 450ml Clever Curl refills and receive a reward equal to the value of a 450ml Clever Curl refill.
5. Where a combination of brands, sizes or refill prices has been purchased, Natural Eclipse will calculate the reward based on the average value of the eligible refill purchases.
6. Once eligible, customers will be provided with a promotional code to redeem their refill reward online.
7. Customers may:
* Redeem the reward for an eligible refill of the same value; or
* Apply the reward towards a higher-value refill and pay the difference.
8. Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged for non-refill products, or used in conjunction with any other loyalty program.
9. Loyalty cards and rewards are issued to, and intended for use by, the original customer only. Loyalty cards, stamps, rewards and promotional codes are not transferable and cannot be combined with those of another customer.
10. Natural Eclipse reserves the right to refuse, cancel, adjust or remove loyalty cards, rewards or accounts where we reasonably believe the program is being misused, manipulated, fraudulently obtained, shared between customers, or otherwise used contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
11. Any attempt to combine purchases, loyalty cards, rewards or accounts belonging to different customers may result in the loyalty reward being refused or cancelled.
12. Natural Eclipse reserves the right to request additional information to verify eligibility for loyalty rewards before issuing or redeeming any reward.
13. Natural Eclipse reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time by updating these Terms & Conditions on our website.
14. Loyalty reward codes are single-use only and may be redeemed once on an eligible online refill order at NaturalEclipse.com.au. Codes cannot be split across multiple orders, transferred to another customer, exchanged for cash, or used towards non-refill products. Any unused value remaining after redemption will be forfeited.
15. To redeem a loyalty reward, all nine original Natural Eclipse Loyalty Cards must be presented to Natural Eclipse and surrendered in their original physical form. Photocopies, scans, screenshots, digital copies or photographs of loyalty cards will not be accepted.
16. For postal refill orders, customers must post all nine original loyalty cards to Natural Eclipse before a loyalty reward code will be issued. Loyalty cards submitted for redemption become the property of Natural Eclipse and will not be returned.
17. Natural Eclipse reserves the right to refuse redemption of any loyalty card that is altered, damaged, duplicated, incomplete, illegible, appears to have been tampered with, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
18. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Ordering Process delivery postal orders
Once your order has been placed, Natural Eclipse will email you with:
• Instructions on how to prepare your bottles for refill.
• A bottle cleaning guide.
• A copy of these Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions form must be signed and returned with your bottles. Refill orders will not be processed until the signed form has been received.

1. General Sale Terms

2. Go For Curl Gold Reward Card Offer

3.3 No cash value; cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
3.4 Contents will match the advertised item types; however, colours may vary from those shown in images. Customers cannot choose specific colours.
3.5 Limit one Prize Pack per person/address.
3.6 In the event of a sellout of any Prize Pack or included product, Natural Eclipse may substitute a similar item or pack of equal value.

4. Participation Award – Orders $50–$149.99
4.1 Orders $50–$149.99 receive one Go For Curl Gold Reward Card only (no Prize Pack included).

4.3 Medal levels (Bronze, Silver or Gold) are awarded via the same rotation system described in Section 2.12.

5. Orders Under $50
5.1 Not eligible for Go For Gold Reward Cards or Prize Packs.
6. Click & Collect & Postal Refills
6.1 Refill orders (Click & Collect or postal) are only fulfilled once customer bottles are received by Natural Eclipse or Curly Cuts.
6.2 If bottle delivery or drop-off is delayed, stock availability cannot be guaranteed at the time we receive the bottles.
6.3 Promotional eligibility is based on the order value at the time of purchase, regardless of fulfilment delays.
6.4 Wait times may apply if refill stock sells out instore before bottles are received and processed.
6.5 Customers will be notified when additional stock arrives and refills are ready for collection or dispatch.
6.6 All promotional items and discounted refills are strictly subject to availability. No rain checks will be provided once stock is sold out.
7. Returns & Exchanges
7.1 Free promotional items (Reward Cards / Prize Packs) must be returned if a qualifying item is refunded/exchanged.
