Shipping Costs/Dispatch
We deliver our parcels using Australia Post. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $80. A $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $80.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 9 am on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/long weekends are processed the following business day. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for dispatch during sales, limited edition packs, promotions, or after long weekends.
Express Post Shipping
Express shipping is available for an additional $15 fee. Check Australia Post terms for express post details.
International Shipping to New Zealand
We charge a flat rate of $19.95 for all New Zealand orders. While express shipping is unavailable to New Zealand, we aim for same-day dispatch. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be processed. Aerosol products cannot be shipped to New Zealand. If ordered, a refund will be issued.
Duty Payable
Please be aware that each country has its own rules on duty payable when purchasing goods from overseas. If you purchase our products and the total is over the duty threshold for your country, you may be liable to pay the duty. We do not pay international duty on any international orders.
Australian GST on International Orders
The retail prices charged on our online shop are the same for both domestic and international orders. Orders outside Australia do not reflect any Australian GST. For further enquiries, please contact us at hello@naturaleclipse.com.au

Store Closures and Delays: If express shipping is unavailable or delays due to store closure or on a product, a notice will be posted at the top of this page.
Minimal Packaging Option
Eco-Friendly Choice: Select minimal packaging at checkout to receive your order with the least amount of packaging needed to ensure safe delivery. Indicate in the cart notes if you would like product brochures included.
Click and Collect Orders
Select ‘click and collect’ at shipping. We’ll notify you by text and email when your order is ready for pickup at:
Address: Lyons Shops, 1 Lyons Place, Lyons ACT 2606. Orders must be picked up within 7 days; uncollected orders will be refunded and cancelled. Orders placed after 3 pm on Fridays will be ready to collect from Tuesday.
