Refilling with the correct size EverEscents or Clever Curl bottles

Please check that you have the correct size bottle for the refill you have selected. For example – a 250ml bottle for the 250ml refills, a 100ml travel size bottle for travel-size refills. We will not refill a travel size refill into a 250ml bottle. It just isn’t possible for us to get the right calculations.

The Clever Curl and EverEscents refill system use pumps to pump out the product from bulk size containers into your bottle. Therefore because it isn’t weight-based we can only fill with the corresponding bottle sizes.

At Natural Eclipse we allow you to use the refill bar using EverEscents or Clever Curl bottles only.

Selecting different varieties of shampoo and conditioner

You may select from any variety available in the corresponding size from EverEscents or Clevercurl. It does not matter what name is on your bottle.

For instance, you may have an EverEscents Fresh Mint Shampoo bottle 250ml and elect to refill that bottle with a 250ml refill of EverEscents Lavender Conditioner. Or another example is that you may have an empty Rich Conditioner Clever Curl bottle and want to refill with the Clever Curl Light Conditioner. This is allowed at Natural Eclipse.

Mixing and matching EverEscents and Clever Curl refills

Our customers at Natural Eclipse can also mix and match with EverEscents and Clever Curl bottles. As long as its the corresponding size you can put either brand in the bottles. For example, you may have a 450ml empty EverEscents Remedy Treatment bottle and refill that with the Clever Curl 450ml Curl Cream.

We recommend that you have thoroughly cleaned and dried your bottles if selecting to change the product.

Recommendation for cleaning your EverEscents or Clever Curl bottles at home

Clever Curl bottles and EverEscents bottles are BPA free and designed to be used many times over.

The bottles can withstand high water temperature. Therefore they just need to be rinsed and washed clean with hot water.

It’s also really easy to pull apart the tubes in the pumps so that you can rinse and clean these too.

Natural Eclipse will not refill any postal refill bottles that have not been cleaned before posting into Natural Eclipse. It is your responsibility when using the postal system to provide us with your bottles cleaned and dry.

If you are refilling instore then it is recommended that you clean and dry your bottles before coming in.

It is at the discretion of Natural Eclipse if a bottle is deemed unfit or unclean to refill that we may refuse to refill.

Natural Eclipse postal refill service is available to customers Australia wide

Online refills are great for customers that can’t or don’t have time to get to a refill salon but want to participate in the refill system. Ordering is so easy! The best way is to bundle up lots of bottles at once and then you will save $$$ too!

1️⃣ Place your order online with the chosen refills.

2️⃣ An information sheet and terms and conditions form will be emailed to you shortly after we receive your order.

3️⃣ You then put your cleaned bottles into a box or postal bag with the signed terms and conditions form.

4️⃣ Pay your postage and post the bottles to us.

5️⃣ Natural Eclipse will notify you via text or email when we receive your empty bottles.

6️⃣ We refill your bottles as per your order and post them back to you along with your refill loyalty card via express post.*

Pre paid postage bags can be purchased at Australia post.  Likewise, you could also put the bottles into a box and purchase postage at the counter of Australia post.

Your refilled bottles are returned to you using minimal packaging and sent via express post. *Your order needs to be over $60 for the postage back to you to be free. Click here for our FAQ in regards to postal.

Adding extra products to your online postal order

If you would like to add any other products to your order simply place a separate order online. Please notify us in the notes that you would add to your refill parcel. Natural Eclipse will then add this order to your refill and post it together as one parcel. Or just add the extra products to your refill order.

It is a requirement at Natural Eclipse that online postal orders sign our terms and conditions form.  After you have placed an order online then you will be emailed the terms and conditions form. I accept that it is not the responsibility of Natural Eclipse to clean and sanitise my bottle. I agree that it is my responsibility to provide my bottles in a clean and sanitised condition. By providing my bottle to Natural Eclipse I accept that they will exercise the utmost care in re-filling my bottle, however, I will not hold them liable if the correct bottle is not returned to me. I agree that only the correct bottles and sizes that match the selected refill brand and size can be sent in to be refilled & that any postage costs for sending in wrong bottles or unclean bottles are my responsibility. I accept any risk associated with using a refill product and will not hold Natural Eclipse liable

Your 10th Refill is free offer*

Every time you refill with Clever Curl Or EverEscnts products at Natural Eclipse you will receive a refill loyalty card. Collect 9 and then hand them in on your 10th refill to receive your free refill*

*The free refill amount is calculated as an average amount of what you have spent on the 9 cards collected. Your 9 collected cards must be handed into Natural Eclipse to redeem the offer.

How is the 10th free refill calculated?

It’s easy if you purchase all the same price and brand. For example, if you purchase 9 x 450ml Clever Curl Refills with the same rrp then your 10th Clever Curl Refill is free of that same refill price value. If you purchase a selection of different brands prices or sizes then we will work out an average amount spent.

You can elect to take the amount of credit and use it to discount a larger refill size and pay the difference. Or you can choose to refill with a different option but it must be of the same value.

How do I get refill cards and redeem the 10th free refill if I purchase online postal refills?

When you purchase online once you reach 9 refills we will email you a special code for you to enter at checkout to use for your free refill or refill credit amount. The amount is calculated as per above.

The credit for the 10th refill can only be redeemed on refills

You cannot use the credit towards other products. This offer is for refills only to encourage you to refill. If you purchase in-store will we simply tell you the amount of refill size or refill credit amount in-store when you reach 9.
